Hijiori Ideyukan

Not only a hot spring, the Ideyukan building also contains a restaurant, meeting rooms and a large communal area used for events.

The hot springs offer beautiful views of the mountainous countryside, perfect for viewing the beauty of the seasons.

Closed: May–Oct Every Tuesday, Nov–Apr Every Monday and Tuesday

Caldera-Onsenkan

Caldera- Onsenkan is located just a beautiful fifteen-minute walk outside of town and is fed by nearby Kogane Hot Springs.

The facilities include both hot and cold carbonated springs, the latter of which you can drink straight from the source!

Hours: MayOct 10:00am-5:00pm NovApr 10:00am-4:00pm

KaminoYu Public Bath

This sacred bath is the source of the original hot spring discovered in Hijiori Onsen over a thousand years ago.

A small, sacred statue of the bodhisattva, Jizo-sama watches over the bathing pools.

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Closed: Open all days

Admission: ¥400 (Children: ¥300)

Ishidaki Onsen

Rare is it in Japan to find a primitive outdoor onsen, and Ishidaki Onsen is a special experience.

The spring that feeds this pool is naturally carbonated, adding a delightful buoyancy to your soak.
